Before the trip
What documents do I need?
The full list of documents you need will vary depending on your desired trip and the pet you have. Generally, you will need the Vaccination Booklet, the International Health Certificate, the Pet Passport and any registration numbers specific to the species.
How can I book a trip?
You first need to contact us and include the type of pet you would like shipped, the service you are interested in, as well as the country of origin and destination. From there, our team will provide you a detailed list of what you need to prepare for your trip and you can fill the booking form with the full information.
What animals do you transport?
We offer our service for a variety of animals, typically dogs, cats, ferrets and other small animals. Feel free to contact us if you need our service for an animal we have not mentioned.
How does Pick-Up work?
For the scheduled trips the pick-up point will be in the cities listed on the journey. If you need your pet to be picked-up from somewhere not mentioned, please specify that when you contact our team.
During the trip
Will I be able to see where my pet is?
Our team will send you regular updates on the location of your pet throughout the trip.
Will there be breaks during the trip?
Our drivers will take breaks to feed and exercise your pet.
How many pets will be transported at once?
We will transport a maximum of 8 pets at a time, depending on the size of the crates needed.
Delivery
When can I expect my pet to be delivered?
You will discuss the delivery date with our team. It will be decided based on driver/flight availability, scheduled delivery dates and your preferences.
Why is my puppy not here yet?
The delivery might be running behind schedule for various reasons such as: flight delays, traffic, or other unexpected circumstances. If this happens, our team will let you know immediately of the delay.
